Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of moderate exercise can help adults with OCD feel less distressed and think more flexibly. Fifty adults with OCD will be randomly assigned to either low or moderate intensity exercise. Researchers will measure symptoms and cognitive flexibility before and after the exercise session to see if moderate activity offers more benefit.
