Summary
This study looks at whether a 9-month structured and personalized exercise program can reduce cancer-related physical fatigue and improve quality of life in 357 people with stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer. Participants will follow an exercise plan tailored to their abilities and wear an activity tracker. The main goals are to see if exercise helps with fatigue and overall well-being after six months.
