First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 16-week virtual exercise program (aerobic and strength training) can improve fitness, muscle mass, and quality of life in 100 adults with stable metastatic breast cancer. Participants must have had no cancer growth in the past year and not be on strong chemotherapy. The goal is to see if exercise can help people feel better and potentially live longer.
