Summary
This study looks at whether strength training or dance can reduce menopause symptoms like hot flashes, sleep problems, and mood swings. About 45 women aged 45-55 will do 30-minute home workouts three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare the two exercise types to a control group to see which works best.
