Summary
This study looked at how high-intensity functional exercise programs affect menopause symptoms, physical performance, and the ability to do two things at once in women after menopause. 40 women aged 50-65 who were at least 12 months past their last period took part. The goal was to see if these exercises could improve muscle strength, balance, and overall well-being.
