First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a tailored exercise program can reduce common side effects of breast cancer treatment, like arm swelling (lymphedema) and nerve pain (neuropathy). About 30 women will do general and arm-specific exercises, and researchers will measure changes in their symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to show that targeted physical therapy can help survivors feel better and recover more fully.
