This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program can reduce low back pain and improve quality of life in 30 adults receiving peritoneal dialysis for end-stage kidney disease. Participants followed a structured exercise routine while continuing their usual dialysis care. The researchers measured changes in pain severity and quality of life using standard questionnaires.
