First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special exercise program focusing on hip muscles works better than standard physical therapy for adults aged 30-55 with inner knee pain and mild knee arthritis. About 80 participants will do either standard rehab or targeted exercises for 6 weeks, with follow-ups up to one year. The goal is to see which approach improves pain, function, and knee alignment.
