Summary
This study compares a standard physical therapy program with a specialized exercise program for adults aged 30-55 who have knee pain and mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if exercises focusing on hip and leg muscles can better reduce pain and improve knee function. About 80 participants will be followed for one year after a 6-week exercise program.
