Summary
This study looked at how different combinations of exercise affect pain, movement, and joint awareness in people with knee osteoarthritis. 45 adults aged 45-74 with mild to moderate knee arthritis were split into three groups, each doing a mix of strengthening, stretching, and cycling exercises in different schedules. The goal was to find which exercise setup works best for reducing pain and improving daily function.
