Summary

This study tests whether stretching and gentle joint exercises can prevent or reduce muscle and joint pain in people taking isotretinoin, a common acne medication. Researchers will enroll 160 adults aged 18-35 who are starting isotretinoin for the first time and do not exercise regularly. Participants will be assigned to an exercise group or a control group, and pain levels and quality of life will be measured over time.
