Summary
This study tests whether stretching and gentle joint exercises can prevent or reduce muscle and joint pain in people taking isotretinoin, a common acne medication. About 160 adults aged 18-35 who are starting isotretinoin for the first time will be enrolled. Participants will be assigned to either an exercise group or a control group, and researchers will measure pain levels and quality of life over time.
