Stretching to fight drug side effects

NCT ID NCT07196787

Summary

This study is testing whether a daily exercise program can help reduce muscle and joint pain, a common side effect of the acne medication isotretinoin. Researchers will compare pain and quality of life between two groups of 160 adults starting the medication: one group will perform daily stretching and mobilization exercises, while the other will not. The goal is to see if the exercise routine can ease these specific side effects and improve daily life for patients.
