Summary
This study looks at whether regular cardiovascular exercise can reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in people who are sedentary. About 30 adults with moderate IBS will take part in a supervised exercise program. Researchers will track changes in symptoms, gut health, mood, and fitness to understand how exercise might help.
