Can intense workouts help young cancer survivors rebuild their health?
NCT ID NCT07222345
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a practical and helpful exercise option for young people who have recently finished treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma. The research will see if survivors can stick with the program and if it improves their fitness, body composition, and other health markers. The exercise sessions will be done remotely with live supervision from exercise specialists.
