NCT ID NCT06556537
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program, followed by video-assisted sessions, can improve frailty, mental health, and physical function in 240 adults aged 65 and older living in rural areas. Participants are split into two groups: one does multicomponent exercise (in-person then via video), while the other continues usual activities with health advice. The goal is to see if these exercise strategies are safe, effective, and help seniors stay independent.
