NCT ID NCT07522125

First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a 12-week exercise program (twice a week, 45-60 minutes per session) could help older adults age 65+ become less frail, improve memory and thinking, and sleep better. 110 participants were split into an exercise group and a no-exercise group. The program included a mix of activities done in small groups at a community center. The goal was to see if regular, supervised exercise can improve overall health in older adults.
