Summary
This study aims to find the best exercise program to help frail older adults improve their fitness and quality of life. Researchers will compare two types of stationary bike workouts: short bursts of high-intensity exercise versus longer sessions of moderate-intensity exercise. The goal is to see which approach better reverses physical decline in people aged 70+ who show signs of frailty.
