Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of flywheel resistance and aerobic exercise can reduce fatigue and improve muscle function in veterans with chronic kidney disease (stages 3 and 4) who are not yet on dialysis. About 30 participants will undergo exercise training, and researchers will measure changes in muscle strength, blood flow, and perceived exhaustion. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help patients stay active and independent longer.
