Summary

This study tested whether a personalized program combining strength, endurance, and aerobic exercises could reduce fatigue in men with testicular germ cell cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Twenty participants were randomly assigned to either the exercise program or a control group for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if exercise can help manage cancer-related fatigue and improve quality of life.
