This study tested whether a 12-week adapted physical activity program could improve the quality of life for women with endometriosis in Martinique. 51 women participated, and researchers measured changes using a special health questionnaire. The goal was to see if regular, gentle exercise can help reduce pain and fatigue, and potentially become a standard part of endometriosis care.
