New exercise technique aims to unlock better breathing for seniors
NCT ID NCT07442942
Summary
This study tested whether a specific type of exercise, focusing on coordinating shoulder and pelvis movements, could improve breathing and quality of life for people aged 65 and older. Researchers compared this exercise to a standard chest expansion exercise in 40 participants. The goal was to see if this approach could be a useful therapy to help elderly adults breathe more easily and improve their daily well-being.
