Summary

This study tested whether two different types of exercises could help older adults breathe better and improve their quality of life. Researchers worked with 40 participants aged 65 and older, comparing a specific shoulder-pelvis coordination exercise to a standard chest expansion exercise. The goal was to see which approach was more effective at improving lung function and daily well-being.
