Summary

This pilot study tests whether a supervised, at-home exercise program combining aerobic and strength training is feasible and safe for 15 people recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (within 6 months). Participants will do the exercises remotely, and researchers will measure how well they stick with the program and if they find it acceptable. The goal is to gather data for a larger study, not to cure the disease, but to see if exercise can help manage symptoms.
