New study: simple exercises may close Post-Baby tummy gap

Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week exercise program can help new mothers with diastasis recti, a condition where the belly muscles separate after pregnancy. About 30 women, 6 to 12 weeks after giving birth, will either do the exercises or receive standard care. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure changes in muscle gap and stiffness.
