Summary
This study aims to create and validate a questionnaire that measures the symptoms and quality-of-life impacts of diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) in women. Researchers will develop the questionnaire through expert input and patient feedback, then test it on 125 adult women with the condition. The goal is to provide a tool that goes beyond physical measurements to capture how diastasis recti affects daily life, body image, and well-being.
