NCT ID NCT07466186

Summary

This study aims to see if a 12-week strength training program can help improve depression, sleep quality, and overall quality of life for women living with type 1 diabetes. It will compare a group doing strength and breathing exercises to a group doing only breathing exercises. The goal is to find a non-medication way to help manage the mental and emotional challenges that can come with this chronic condition.
