NCT ID NCT07466186
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program of weight training can help improve depression, sleep problems, and overall quality of life in women living with type 1 diabetes. It will compare a group doing weight training and breathing exercises to a group doing only breathing exercises. The goal is to see if adding regular exercise can make daily life easier for these women.
