Summary
This study looks at how different exercise programs affect pain, thinking skills, brain structure, and blood markers in people with chronic neck pain. Researchers will compare exercise approaches in 21 adults aged 20-65 who have had neck pain for at least 3 months. The goal is to find which exercise best improves both physical and mental health.
