Summary

This study is testing whether different types of exercise can help people with long-term neck pain. Researchers will compare aerobic exercise, strength training, and simple home exercises to see which best reduces pain, improves physical function, and might even affect brain health and blood markers. The goal is to find the most effective exercise approach for managing chronic neck discomfort.
