Summary
This study is testing whether different types of exercise can improve heart health in young adults who survived childhood cancer. Participants, who had a specific type of chemotherapy that can affect the heart, will be assigned to either high-intensity interval training or moderate continuous exercise. The goal is to see which exercise intensity is better at improving heart function and fitness over a 4-month period.
