Summary
This study compared two exercise programs to see which helps children with a type of cerebral palsy walk better and use less energy. Thirty children, aged 3 to 5, did either moderate-paced or high-intensity interval treadmill training three times a week for two months. Researchers measured their walking patterns, mobility, and energy use before and after to see which approach worked best.
