Summary

This study tested two different treadmill exercise programs to see which one better helps children with a type of cerebral palsy walk more easily and use less energy. Thirty children, aged 3 to 5, were randomly assigned to do either moderate-intensity or high-intensity interval training three times a week for two months. Researchers measured their walking patterns, mobility, and energy use before and after to compare the results.
