Simple hand exercises may ease carpal tunnel stiffness

Summary
This study looked at whether specific hand exercises can reduce stiffness in the nerve and tendon affected by carpal tunnel syndrome. 91 people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel did daily exercises for three weeks. Early results suggest that nerve and tendon gliding exercises may help decrease stiffness, which could ease symptoms.
