Summary
This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program can help people with breast or colon cancer feel better and have a better quality of life. 78 patients either did supervised exercise for 6 weeks or received usual care. Researchers measured quality of life, fatigue, and physical function over a year. The goal was to see if exercise is a safe and effective way to ease symptoms during and after cancer treatment.
