NCT ID NCT07338903

Summary

This study tested whether a home exercise program could help breast cancer patients feel better after treatment. Researchers worked with 36 Indonesian women who had completed their main cancer treatments to see if supervised home workouts could reduce fatigue and improve quality of life. The program involved aerobic and strength exercises at home, with weekly phone check-ins and hospital visits every four weeks.
