NCT ID NCT07338903
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week home exercise program could help breast cancer survivors in Indonesia feel better. Researchers worked with 36 patients to see if supervised aerobic and resistance training could improve their fitness, reduce tiredness, and boost quality of life. The study also looked at what makes such programs easy or hard to use in local healthcare settings.
