First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding special breathing exercises to regular aerobic workouts can improve lung function, exercise ability, and quality of life in adults who had surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot, a heart condition present at birth. Sixty participants will be split into two groups: one does breathing exercises plus aerobic training, the other does aerobic training alone, both for six weeks. Researchers will measure lung function, walking distance, and quality of life before and after the program.
