Arm workouts could ease side effects for breast cancer survivors

Summary

This study looks at whether combining resistance and aerobic arm exercises can improve arm strength, function, and quality of life in breast cancer patients. About 40 women who are at least 15 months past surgery and not currently active will participate. The goal is to find better ways to manage common side effects like arm weakness and lymphedema.
