Arm workouts may ease side effects of breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of arm resistance and aerobic exercises can improve arm strength, function, and quality of life in breast cancer patients. About 40 women who are at least 15 months past surgery will take part. The goal is to find simple, safe ways to reduce common side effects like arm weakness and swelling.
