Summary
This study looked at whether a structured exercise program could improve survival, function, and quality of life for people with advanced lung cancer. It included adults with stage III or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who were already on maintenance immunotherapy. The study was terminated early with only 2 participants enrolled, so results are limited.
