Summary

This study looked at whether giving healthy adults aged 65 and older regular check-ins and personal feedback during a 12-week exercise program helps them stick with it and improve their physical abilities. 54 participants were split into two groups: one got the feedback, the other did the same exercises without it. The goal was to see if feedback makes a difference in how well they move and how confident they feel.
