Summary
This study looked at whether giving older adults regular check-ins and personal feedback during a 12-week exercise program helps them stick with it and improve their physical abilities. 54 healthy adults aged 65 and older took part. The goal was to see if feedback makes a difference in how well they move and how confident they feel.
