Teachers' aches put to the test: exercise vs. posture advice
NCT ID NCT07442383
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a structured exercise program to standard ergonomics training is more effective at reducing pain and disability from work-related musculoskeletal disorders in teachers. Researchers will compare two groups of teachers with chronic pain: one receiving only ergonomics training and another receiving both training and exercise. The goal is to see which approach better improves pain levels, function, and overall well-being.
