New program aims to ease Teachers' chronic pain
NCT ID NCT07442383
Summary
This study is testing whether a program combining exercise with ergonomics (posture and workspace setup) training is better than ergonomics training alone at reducing pain and improving function for teachers with long-term musculoskeletal pain. It will involve 80 teachers who have had pain for at least three months. Researchers will measure changes in pain, disability, and burnout levels to see which approach is more helpful.
