Summary
This study looked at how different types of exercise—standard, conservative aerobic, and virtual reality-based aerobic—affect the brain and body in people with multiple sclerosis. Twelve participants completed each exercise type at two-week intervals while researchers measured brain activity, body temperature, fatigue, and satisfaction. The goal was to understand which exercise approach is safest and most effective for managing MS symptoms.
