Summary
This study looks at whether aerobic exercise (like walking or cycling) can help people with stage II or III colon cancer complete more of their planned chemotherapy. Researchers will compare an exercise program to a control group. The goal is to see if exercise helps patients tolerate chemo better, so they can receive the full intended dose.
