Summary
This study tests whether adding dual-task exercises (like walking while talking) to resistance training improves physical abilities, eye movements, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Sixty-six participants will be assigned to resistance training alone, resistance plus dual tasks, or standard care for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if the combined approach offers greater benefits for daily function and fall prevention.
