This study looks at whether adding mental challenges (like walking while talking) to strength training can improve physical abilities, eye movements, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 66 people aged 60 and older will take part in an 8-week program. The goal is to find better ways to support independence and reduce fall risk.
