First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study will test whether adding dual-task activities (like walking while talking) to resistance training improves physical fitness, eye movements, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Sixty-six participants will be assigned to resistance training alone, resistance plus dual tasks, or standard care for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in balance, grip strength, memory, and attention before and after the program.
