Summary
This study looks at how different exercise programs (moderate or high-intensity) and a diet plan affect appetite, blood sugar, and body fat in people with type 2 diabetes. About 146 adults will take part in a 12-week program. The goal is to find the best combination to improve health and understand how these changes work at a cellular level.
