NCT ID NCT07262112
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether combining resistance exercises with an anti-inflammatory diet can reduce pain, improve daily function, and boost quality of life in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 100 adults with low to moderate disease activity will follow a structured program for 3 months. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes, added to standard medical care, can help manage symptoms and improve well-being.
