First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining resistance exercises with an anti-inflammatory diet can reduce pain, improve daily function, and boost quality of life in adults with rheumatoid arthritis. One hundred participants will follow a structured exercise program and a special diet for three months, while researchers track changes in pain, disease activity, and mobility. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help people manage their symptoms alongside standard medical care.
